You have to make sure that Medieval 2, the Kingdoms Expansion and the update to version 1.5 are installed.
Then, you have to start the GothicTW.exe File. It's a self-extracting .rar-archive. You just need to point it to the correct directory, which is *your Medieval 2 directory*/mods

What about mod, I find some bug. When mugs whants to use a fireball sometimes they can't use or use when the enemies comes very very close. Their hands moves but fire balls are absent. Also when they used fire balls it accompanied by the sound of the shot the bow.
And where the pirates factions? I remember you showed screens of pirates. where gangsters faction with Raven?

These "magic"-Bugs are related to the medieval II engine
Pirates are in jharkendar as well as raven.
But not presented as a real faction. they are a sub-slave (rebel)-faction with own troops.you can hire pirate-mercenaries as long as you dont conquer their base.

Well, this faction is specific to the Mine-Valley Campaign and is extenguished at the starting date of our main campaign. Thus, you'd have to do some modding on your own to unlock them.

Tutorials on how to do that kind of stuff are quite easy to find.
Also, there'd probably be a lot of issues regarding the amount of scripting that needs to be redone/adapted. And, for that I have no overview.
Thus, feel free to experiment. -

Hello =) First, I want to congratulate all happy New Year and wish you all good health, happiness and love in the new year =) I also want to congratulate the developers of this wonderful game Projects with access to the world =)
And now the question: Developers at the moment I am busy with translation of the buildings and faced a lot of problems - many translators translate very badly from German into my native language.
But I was prepared for such difficulties =) In the folder I saw text_Englisch export_buildings - tell this lyricist on the content is identical to what is in folder text? -

@Stormbringer: I'm quite sure that the files are not identical as the translation project has afaik been stopped before the mod reached a final state.
You could try to run the mod with these files instead of the German ones in the text folder, but please do back up the ones in text and don't be surprised if some problems occur due to the new text files. -
Also, should the events.txt files be merged? And where they go? Same with buildings and units? I can live with German names for settlements, but events, units and buildings are a MUST for me

What you would have to do is:
Open the German file. You will see a lot of these:
{blabla1}Text 1
{blabla2}Text 2
.
.
.Now, the things in curly brackets are the important things for the game. These strings tell the enginge, to use Text 1 for action blabla1.
A quick example:{feuerball}Fireball
{feuerball_desc}Good ol' Fireball. Your adventurer inscripted this rune.
{feuerball_effects_desc}+1 Vitality, +2 MasteryThis is an ancillary (its name is Fireball). The script knows the ancillary as "feuerball", the descrpition is known as "feuerball_desc" and the effects as "feuerball_effects_desc".
The text (here already in English) can be replaced by any language as long as the {...} stay the same.So, you will have to open the English file, search for blabla1, copy the English_Text 1 that comes after the } and replace the german text (Text 1) with the English one.
Unfortunately this has to be done carefully for every singe entry, because if you lose any entry in the process of merging, the game will most likely crash. -

Actually it's not a building. There was no other way to give the adventurer some skills, so we had to put this to the buildings. Its only purpose is the training of adventurer and it does not affect the city.
